NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated June 26, 2017, and entered in 2016CA002778000000 of the Circuit Court of the TENTH Judicial Circuit in and for Polk County, Florida, wherein BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON F/K/A THE BANK OF NEW YORK AS TRUSTEE ON BEHALF OF THE HOLDERS OF THE ALTERNATIVE LOAN TRUST 2006-OA17 MORTGAGE PASS THROUGH CERTIFICATES SERIES 2006-OA17 is the Plaintiff and MARIANNE LAURISTON; MARIE R. EUSTACHE; VIANICK RICHE; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF VIANICK RICHE are the Defendant(s). Stacy M. Butterfield as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.polk.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM, on July 31, 2017, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
