NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order of Final Judgment of foreclosure for Plaintiff entered in this cause on July 5, 2017 in the Circuit Court in and for Collier County, Florida, I will sell the property situated in Collier County, Florida described as:
Dwelling Unit D-10 Building 10, in VINTAGE BAY, a condominium according to the Declaration of Condominium recorded in Official Records Book 2291, Page 1604, as amended, of the Public Records of Collier County, Florida; TOGETHER with the undivided interest in the Common Elements declared in said Declaration of Condominium to be an appurtenance to the above described Dwelling Unit.
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, held Monday through Thursday at 11:00 A.M. in the lobby on the third floor of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112 on August 3, 2017 at 11:00 a.m.
Any persons claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
