NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Consent Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated March 30, 2017, and entered in U.S. BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE SUCCESSOR IN INTEREST TO WILMINGTON TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE SUCCESSOR INTEREST TO BANK OF AMERICA NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE, SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO LASALLE BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR LEHMAN XS TRUST MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-19, is the Plaintiff and Tami Ann Smith; Jack Wallace Smith; Iberia Bank; and any and all Unknown Parties Claiming by, Through, under, and against, the Herein Named Individual Defendant(s) Who Are Not Known To Be Dead Or Alive, Whether Said Unknown Parties May Claim An Interest As Spouses, Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Or Other Claimants are the Defendants. The Clerk, Dwight E.
