Brock, Clerk of the Circuit Court of Collier County, Florida, will, on the 3 day of August, 2017, at 11:00 a.m. to the highest bidder for cash, in the Clerk's Office, Third Floor, Collier County Courthouse Annex, Government Complex, 3315 Tamiami Trail E 34112, Naples, Florida, offer for sale and sell at public outcry to the highest and best bidder for cash the following described property situated in Collier County, Florida, to wit: Unit No. 4, in Building 161, of Granada Lakes Villas Condominium, a condominium, according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof, as recorded in Official Record Book 3969, Page 1537, and all amendments thereto, of the Public Records of Collier County, Florida together with an undivided interest in the common element appurtenant thereto as set forth in said Declaration, and more commonly known as 161 Santa Clara Drive, #4, Naples, Florida 34104, pursuant to the final decree of foreclosure entered in a case pending in said court, the style of which is Granada Lakes Villas Condominium Association, Inc., a Florida not-for-profit corporation ,vs. Victor H.Suarez; Unknown Spouse of Victor H. Suarez; Any and All Unknown Tenants and/or Occupants of 161 Santa Clara Drive, #4, Naples, Florida 34104; and Any and All Unknown Parties Claiming By, Through, Under and Against the Herein Named Individual Defendant(s) Who Are Not Known to be Dead or Alive, Whether Said Unknown Parties May Claim an Interest as Spouses, Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, or Other Claimants, Case No. 11-2016-CA-002285-0001-XX.

IF THIS PROPERTY IS SOLD AT PUBLIC AUCTION, THERE MAY BE ADDITIONAL MONEY FROM THE SALE AFTER PAYMENT OF PERSONS WHO ARE ENTITLED TO BE PAID FROM THE SALE PROCEEDS PURSUANT TO THIS FINAL JUDGMENT.
