NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to order rescheduling foreclosure sale or Final Judgment, entered in Civil Case No. 2016-CA-002483 of the Circuit Court of the 10th Judicial Circuit in and for Polk County, Florida, wherein U.S. Bank National Association, as Trustee, successor in Interest to Wachovia Bank, National Association, as Trustee for GSMPS Mortgage Loan Trust 2004-1, Plaintiff and James Daughtery, Jr. a/k/a James Daughtery a/k/a James Andrews are defendant(s), I, Clerk of Court, Stacy M. Butterfield, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.polk.realforeclose.com at 10:00 A.M. on August 11, 2017, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
SOUTH 82.00 FEET OF NORTH 610.00 FEET OF WEST 137.5 FEET OF THE NORTHWEST 1/4 OF THE SOUTHWEST 1/4 OF SECTION 28, TOWNSHIP 28 SOUTH, RANGE 24 EAST, POLK COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
