NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to order rescheduling foreclosure sale or Final Judgment, entered in Civil Case No. 2015-CA-002049 of the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein Wilmington Trust, National Association, not in its individual capacity, but solely as trustee for MFRA Trust 2014-1, successor in interest to JPMorgan Chase Bank, National Association, Plaintiff and Kristopher A. Gomory a/k/a Kristopher Gomory are defendant(s), et al I, Clerk of Court, Dwight E. Brock, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash IN THE LOBBY ON THE 3RD FLOOR OF THE COURTHOUSE ANNEX, COLLIER COUNTY COURTHOUSE, 3315 TAMIAMI TRAIL EAST, NAPLES, FLORIDA, 34112 AT 11:00 A.M. on August 3, 2017, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
THE NORTHWESTERLY 125 FEET OF LOT 13, SOUTHWIND ESTATES, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 11, PAGE(S) 16 THROUGH 17, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
