NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Order Granting Plaintiff's Motion to Reschedule Partition Sale dated the 26th day of June, 2017, and entered in Case No. 51-2016-CA-000467-WS, of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein KEITH FAIN, is the Plaintiff and SARAH A. BARNESS, LLC, a Florida limited liability company and UNKNOWN TENANTS IN POSSESSION are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, on the 2nd day of August, 2017, at 11:00 a.m., in accordance with Section 45.031, Florida Statutes, by electronic sale at: www.pasco.realforeclose.com, the following described property as set forth in said Default Final Judgment of Partition, to be published in the Business Observer, to wit:
