YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that an action to enforce and foreclose a Claim of Lien for condominium assessments and to foreclose any claims which are inferior to the right, title and interest of the Plaintiff herein in the following described property:
Unit 28, SOMERSET, a Condominium according to the Declaration of Condominium recorded in Official Records Book 1436, Page 581, and amendments thereto, and as per plat thereof, recorded in Condominium Book 16, Page 36, and amendments thereto of the Public Records of Sarasota County, Florida.
