NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the order of Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated June 12, 2017, and entered in Case No. 2010 CA 001770 NC of the Circuit Court of the 12th Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein LASALLE BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR THE REGISTERED HOLDERS OF GSAMP TRUST 2005-HE6, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2005-HE6, is Plaintiff and DANIEL TUCCI, ET. AL., are Defendants, the Office of Karen E. Rushing, Sarasota County Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via online at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com at 9:00 A.M. on the 11th day of August, 2017, the following described property as set forth in said Uniform Final Judgment, to wit:
THAT PART OF LOT 16, BLOCK 2, VENICE GROVES, LYING EAST OF THE WEST LINE OF THE SOUTH WEST ¼ OF THE NORTH WEST ¼ OF THE SOUTH EAST ¼ OF SECTION 28, TOWNSHIP 39 SOUTH, RANGE 19 EAST, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 3, PAGES 2 AND 2A OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
and all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiff's mortgage.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
