NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated June 12, 2017, and entered in Case No. 2016 CA 002490 NC of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida in which Franklin American Mortgage Company, is the Plaintiff and Amber Joy Williams aka Amber Williams, David J. Wyrick a/k/a David Wyrick, Stoneybrook at Venice Community Association, Inc., are defendants, the Sarasota County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on the Internet: www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, Sarasota County, Florida at 9:00am on the 11th day of August, 2017, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
LOT 2029, STONEYBROOK AT VENICE, UNIT 4, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 45, PAGES 28, 28A THROUGH 28L, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
