NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment entered in Case No. 16-CA-004168 of the Circuit Court of the 20TH Judicial Circuit in and for LEE County, Florida, wherein, U.S. BANK N.A., AS TRUSTEE, ON BEHALF OF THE HOLDERS OF THE J.P. MORGAN MORTGAGE ACQUISITION TRUST 2006-CH2 ASSET BACKED PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-CH2, Plaintiff, and, HILLMAN, JACQUELINE, et. al., are Defendants, I will sell to the highest bidder for cash at, WWW.LEE.REALFORECLOSE.COM, at the hour of 9:00 A.M., on the 7 day of August, 2017, the following described property:
