YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that an action has been commenced against you to Foreclose a Claim of Lien For Unpaid Homeowners/Condominium Association Assessments on the following real property, lying and being and situated in Lee County, Florida, more particularly described as follows:
LOT 3, COLONIAL COUNTRY CLUB, PARCEL 111, A SUBDIVISION ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 78, PAGES 49 THRU 52, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA. This property is located at the street address of: 10006 OAKHURST WAY, FORT MYERS, FL 33913.
This action has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defense, if any, upon Katzman Chandler, Attorneys, for Plaintiff, whose address is 1500 W. Cypress Creek Road, Suite 408, Fort Lauderdale, FL 33309 by “30 days after the first date of publication”, and file the original with the Clerk of the Court either before service on Plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
