YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that an action to foreclose a mortgage on the following described property:
The following described land located in the County of Lee, State of Florida, to-wit:
Beginning at the Northeast Corner of the Southeast Quarter (SE1/4) of the Northwest Quarter (NW1/4) of Section 1, Township 44 South, Range 24 East, thence running Southwesterly and at right angles to the Northeasterly side of the County Highway; thence Southeasterly and at right angles along to the Northeasterly side of said highway 300 feet to the point beginning of the land herein described; thence running Southeasterly 100 feet along the Northeasterly side of said highway; thence at right angles 470 feet, more or less, to the Easterly line of the Southeast Quarter (SE1/4) of the Northwest Quarter (NW1/4) of said section 1; thence Northerly along said line 150 feet, more or less, to a point opposite and at right angles to the point beginning; thence to the point of beginning.
This being the same parcel of land as conveyed in O.R. Book 895, Page 774.
has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to it on the attorney for the Plaintiff, MILLENNIUM PARTNERS, whose address is Aventura Optima Plaza, 21500 Biscayne Boulevard, Suite 600, Aventura, FL 33180, and the file original with the Clerk within 30 days after the first publication of this notice, or on or before August 16, 2017. If you fail to do so, a default may be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Foreclosure Complaint.
