Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure for Plaintiff entered in this cause on June 27, 2017, in the Circuit Court of Hillsborough County, Florida, Pat Frank, Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell the property situated in Hillsborough County, Florida described as:
THE NORTH 105.3 FEET OF THE SOUTH 521.2 FEET OF THE WEST 755 FEET OF THE SW 1/4 OF THE SE 1/4 LESS RIGHT OF WAY IN SECTION 6, TOWNSHIP 32 SOUTH, RANGE 21 EAST, HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
and commonly known as: 16524 CARLTON LAKE RD , WIMAUMA , FL 33598; including the building, appurtenances, and fixtures located therein, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, on the Hillsborough County auction website at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com., on August 28, 2017 at 10:00 AM.
Any persons claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
