Hartney and Kimberly E. Hartney are the Plaintiffs and Lester J. Johnson and any and all unknown parties claiming by, through, under and against the herein named individual defendant who are not known to be dead or alive, whether said unknown parties may claim an interest as spouses, heirs, devisees, grantees, or other claimants are Defendants, the Hillsborough County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at public sale that will be conducted electronically online at the following website https://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com/ at 10:00 a.m. on August 29, 2017, the following described property situate in Hillsborough County, Florida:
The West 412.5 feet of the East 1650 feet of the North 1/5 of the Southeast ¼ of Section 28, Township 27 South, Range 21 East, lying and being in Hillsborough County, Florida; LESS the North 25 feet and the West 25 feet for mutual right-of-way easement..
