NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment entered in Case No. 16-CA-011831 of the Circuit Court of the 13TH Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida, wherein, CHRISTIANA TRUST, A DIVISION OF WILMINGTON SAVINGS FUND SOCIETY, FSB, AS TRUSTEE FOR STANWICH MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST, SERIES 2013-6, Plaintiff, and, BOWLES, BRIDGETTE, et. al., are Defendants, Clerk of the Circuit Court, Pat Frank, will sell to the highest bidder for cash at, www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, at the hour of 10:00 AM, on the 2nd day of August, 2017, the following described property:
LOTS 21 & 22, IN BLOCK H, OF MAP HILLSBOROUGH HEIGHTS SOUTH, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 10, PAGE 28, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
