NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure date the 29th day of January, 2017, and entered in Case No.: 17-000164-CI, of the Circuit Court of the 6TH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein WILMINGTON SAVINGS FUND SOCIETY, FSB, D/B/A CHRISTIANA TRUST, NOT INDIVIDUALLY BUT AS TRUSTEE FOR HILLDALE TRUST is the Plaintiff and SANDRA M. ALBRITTON; DANIEL D. MEIER; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF SANDRA M. ALBRITTON; UNKNOWN TENANT #1 AND UNKNOWN TENANT #2 are defendants. Ken Burke Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, the Clerk's website for on-line auctions at, 10:00 AM on the 10th day of August, 2017, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
