NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the order of Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated - June 22, 2017, and entered in Case No. 13-006710-CI of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR MORGAN STANLEY MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST 2006-1 AR, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-1AR, is Plaintiff and ADAM BURGER, ET AL., are the Defendants, the Office of Ken Burke, Pinellas County Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via an online auction at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00 A.M. on the 7th day of August, 2017, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
That certain Condominium Parcel composed of Unit No. 501, of Madeira Vista Condominium, a Condominium and an undivided interest or share in the common elements appurtenant thereto, in accordance with, and subject to the covenants, conditions, restrictions, easements, terms and other provisions of the Declaration of Condominium, as recorded in O.R. 4190, Page 1048 through 1117, and any amendments thereto, and the plat thereof, as recorded in Condominium Plat Book 18, Pages 17 and 18, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
Property Address: 14800 Gulf Blvd # 501, Madeira Beach, FL, 33708.
and all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiff's mortgage.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
