Leasehold interest created by Condominium Lease Agreement recorded in O.R. Book 3457, pages 317 through 322 of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida, as pertains to:
Apartment No. 210, TIFFANY GARDENS APARTMENTS, a Condominium, together with an undivided share in the common elements appurtenant thereto, according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof, as recorded in O.R. Book 3455, pages 937 through 977, and all its attachments and amendments, and according to the plat thereof, as recorded in Condominium Plat Book 7, pages 23 through 25 of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
