NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated June 21, 2017, and entered in Case No. 16-004886-CI of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida in which The Bank Of New York Mellon FKA The Bank Of New York, As Trustee For The Certificateholders Of The CWABS, INC., Asset-Backed Certificates, Series 2007-8, is the Plaintiff and City of Oldsmar, Florida, Darlene M. Parker, Ted Parker, Any And All Unknown Parties Claiming by, Through, Under, And Against The Herein named Individual Defendant(s) Who are not Known To Be Dead Or Alive, Whether Said Unknown Parties May Claim An Interest in Spouses, Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Or Other Claimants are defendants, the Pinellas County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, Pinellas County, Florida at 10:00am on the 10th day of August, 2017, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
