NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of foreclosure dated June 20, 2017, and entered in Case No. 2009-CA-016881-O of the Circuit Court of the NINTH Judicial Circuit in and for ORANGE COUNTY, Florida, wherein CITIMORTGAGE, INC, SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO ABN AMRO MORTGAGE GROUP, INC, is Plaintiff, and LAURIE M. DECKER, et al are Defendants, the clerk, Tiffany Moore Russell, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 11:00 AM www.myOrangeClerk.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 30 day of August, 2017, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
SITUATED IN THE COUNTY OF ORANGE AND STATE OF FLORIDA: CONDOMINIUM UNIT 202, BUILDING 6088, CENTRAL PARK, A METROWEST CONDOMINIUM, TOGETHER WITH A UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORD BOOK 08076, PAGE 3783, AS AMENDED FROM TIME TO TIME, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
