NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Granting Plaintiff's Motion to Reset Foreclosure Sale dated June 12, 2017 entered in Civil Case No. 2009-CA-035203-O of the Circuit Court of the 9TH Judicial Circuit in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK TRUST, N.A., AS TRUSTEE FOR LSF9 MASTER PARTICIPATION TRUST is Plaintiff and MARTINEZ, CARMEN AND PEDRO, et al, are Defendants. The clerk TIFFANY MOORE RUSSELL shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at Orange County's On Line Public Auction website: www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 AM on August 18, 2017, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, the following described property located in Orange County, as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
