NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 6th day of March, 2017, and entered in Case No. 2015-CA-00843 of the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK NA, SUCCESSOR TRUSTEE TO WACHOVIA BANK N.A., AS TRUSTEE, ON BEHALF OF THE HOLDERS OF THE J.P. MORGAN MORTGAGE TRUST 2005-A8 MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES is the Plaintiff and GERALD K. SHADLEY; MARGARITA SHADLEY; M.L. SHAPIRO, AS TRUSTEE OF THE 8722 IBIS COVER CIR. TRUST; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS; IBIS COVE MASTER PROPERTY OWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; UNKNOWN BENEFICIARIES OF THE 8722 IBIS COVE CIR.
