Commence at the Southeast corner of the Northeast 1/4 of Section 13, thence run along the East line of the Northeast 1/4 of Section 13 N 0° 06' 38” W., a distance of 660.43 feet for a point of beginning, thence N. 89° 53' 54” W. a distance of 183.00 feet; thence N. 0° 06' 38” W. a distance of 175.00 feet; thence S. 89Ëš 53' 54” E. a distance of 183.00 feet; thence S. 0° 06' 38” E. a distance of 175.00 feet to the point of beginning; LESS the East 33 feet thereof for county road right-of-way'; The South 25 feet of the above described property being subject to an easement for Public Road right-of-way and/or utilities.
