NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure date the 7th day of July, 2017, and entered in Case No. : 2015-CA-000039-ES, of the Circuit Court of the 6TH Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein E*TRADE BANK is the Plaintiff and GREEN EMERALD HOMES, LLC, MARK GALLAGHER, CARMELLA GALLAGHER, VALENCIA GARDENS HOMEOWNER'S ASSOCIATION, INC., UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION 1, UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION 2, are defendants. Paula S. O'Neil of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.pasco.realforeclose.com, the Clerk's website for on-line auctions at, 11:00 AM on the 8th day of August, 2017, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
