NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated May 3, 2017, and entered in Case No. 51-2013-CA-006485-WS of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida in which Nationstar Mortgage, LLC, is the Plaintiff and Charles G. Ruffini, as Successor Co-Trustee and Beneficiary of the Helene E. Ruffini Revocable Trust, Cheryl Lynn Hanasab a/k/a Cheryl L. Ruffini, as Successor Co-Trustee and Beneficiary of the Helene E. Ruffini Revocable Trust, and Alison H. Ruffini, as Successor Co-Trustee and Beneficiary of the Helene E.
