NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated July 11, 2017 entered in Civil Case No. 512013CA005253CAAXES of the Circuit Court of the 6TH Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein HMC ASSETS, LLC SOLELY IN ITS CAPACITY AS SEPARATE TRUSTEE OF CAM XIV TRUST is Plaintiff and SUZANNE & LARRY PARK, et al, are Defendants. The Clerk, PAULA O'NEIL, shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at Pasco County's On Line Public Auction website: www.pascorealforeclose.com, at 11:00 AM on August 28, 2017, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, the following described property located in PASCO County, Florida, as set forth in said Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure, to-wit:
