Final Judgment was awarded on July 06, 2017 in Civil Case No. 51-2012-CA-007037-ES, of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein, U.S. BANK, N.A., AS TRUSTEE FOR CITIGROUP MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST INC, SERIES 2005-9 is the Plaintiff, and PENNY WRIGHT; DUANE WRIGHT; JOHN DOE N/K/A JESSE NAVARRO; JANE DOE N/K/A MICHELLE GONZALEZ; REGIONS BANK, DOING BUSINESS AS AMSOUTH BANK; SOUTHTRUST BANK N/K/A WELLS FARGO BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION; THE ESTATE OF MARGARET H. ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
