NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered in this cause on July 12, 2017, in the Circuit Court of Sarasota County, Florida, the Clerk of Court will sell the property situated in Sarasota County, Florida, described as:
Commence at the U.S. Government meander corner on Casey's Key, at the intersection of the North line of Section 16, Township 38 South, Range 18 East, with the high water line of Little Sarasota Bay; thence N. 89 degrees 49' 40” W along the North line of said Section 16, a distance of 388.7 feet; thence S 21 degrees 46'40” E, a distance of 2449.6 feet; thence N 73 degrees 06' 40” E, a distance of 160.22 feet to an iron pipe marking the Easterly right of way of Casey Key Road per O.R. Book 1648, Page 1812, Public Records of Sarasota County, Florida; thence S 22 degrees 22' 10” E, along said Easterly right of way of Casey Key Road, a distance of 100.00 feet to an iron pipe marking the intersection of said Easterly right of way of Casey Key Road with the Southerly line of the lands described in O.R. Book 976, Page 1250 of the Public Records of Sarasota County, Florida; thence S 72 degrees 42' 45” W along said last Southerly line a distance of 30.06 feet to the Westerly right of way line of said Casey Key Road for a point of beginning; thence S. 20 degrees 14' 09” E, along said Westerly right of way line, a distance of 99.25 feet; thence S. 72 degrees 59' 17” W a distance of 162 feet more or less to the intersection with the approximate mean high water line of the Gulf of Mexico; thence Northwesterly along said approximate mean high water line a distance of 99.8 feet more or less to a line which bears S. 72 degrees 42' 45” W from the point of beginning; thence N. 72 degrees 42' 45” E, along last said line, also being the Southerly line of said lands per O.R. Book 976, Page 1250, a distance of 174 feet more or less to the Point of Beginning, being and lying in Section 15, Township 38, South, Range 18 East, Sarasota County, Florida.
Together with an easement for ingress and egress over an asphalt pavement private road located on the Southerly 10.6 feet of the following described property:

Book 976, Page 1250, a distance of 175 more or less to the intersection with the approximate mean high water line of Cutlass Bayou; thence Southeasterly along said approximate mean high water line a distance of 11 feet more or less thence S 67 degrees 01' 20” W a distance of 174 feet more or less to the intersection of said Easterly right of way of Casey Key Road, thence N 20 degrees 14' 09” W, a distance of 28.00 feet to the Point of Beginning.
and commonly known as: 3801 Casey Key Road, Nokomis, Florida 34275; including the building, appurtenances, and fixtures located therein, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, on August 16, 2017, at 9:00A.M.
