LOTS 9 AND 10, BLOCK 29, MAP OF TOWN OF CITRUS PARK, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 1, PAGE 130, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA
and commonly known as: 7305 Alvina Street, Tampa, Florida 33625; including the building, appurtenances, and fixtures located therein, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at: www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, on August 18, 2017 at 10:00 a.m. Any persons claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
