NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment entered in Case No. 16-CA-007777 of the Circuit Court of the 13TH Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida, wherein, NATIONSTAR MORTGAGE LLC D/B/A CHAMPION MORTGAGE COMPANY, Plaintiff, and, UNKNOWN SPOUSE, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES, AND ALL OTHER PARTIES CLAIMING AN INTEREST BY, THROUGH, UNDER OR AGAINST THE ESTATE OF ARTHUR W. SANDERS AKA ARTHUR WAYNE SANDERS, DECEASED, et al, are Defendants, Clerk of the Circuit Court, Pat Frank, will sell to the highest bidder for cash at, www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, at the hour of 10:00 AM, on the 29th day of August, 2017, the following described property:
LOTS 1 & 2, BLOCK 4, LESS THE EAST 70 FEET THEREOF, MAP OF ENGLISH'S ADDITION TO PLANT CITY HEIGHTS, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF ON FILE IN THE OFFICE OF THE CLERK OF THE CIRCUIT COURT IN AND FOR THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY FLORIDA, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 3, PAGE 77.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
