NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure date the 6th day of July, 2017, and entered in Case No. 2016-CA-002753, of the Circuit Court of the 13TH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein ANCHOR ASSETS V, LLC, is the Plaintiff and WB CHAPMAN, LLC and YOEL BUSH, are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, the Clerk's website for on-line auctions at, 10:00 AM on the 7th day of August, 2017, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 3, CYPRESS HEAD, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 95, PAGE 53, PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
