NUTTER & COMPANY is the Plaintiff and LEON MUTTON; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF LEON MUTTON; UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, ON BEHALF OF THE SECRETARY OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT; PREMIUM ASSET RECOVERY CORPORATION ; CITY OF TAMPA , FLORIDA are the Defendant(s).
