NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 10, 2017, entered in Case No. 17-CA-000612 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit, in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein Wells Fargo Bank, N.A. is the Plaintiff and Wilbert David Thomas, Jr. a/k/a Wilbert D. Thomas, Jr.; Unknown Spouse of Wilbert David Thomas, Jr. a/k/a Wilbert D. Thomas, Jr.; Railroad & Industrial Federal Credit Union a/k/a Railroad and Industrial Federal Credit Union are the Defendants, that Pat Frank, Hillsborough County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, beginning at 10:00 a.m on the 8th day of August, 2017, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
THE NORTH 170.00 FEET OF THE WEST 150.00 FEET OF THE EAST 519.00 FEET OF THE NORTHWEST 1/4 OF THE SOUTHEAST 1/4 OF SECTION 35, TOWNSHIP 29 SOUTH, RANGE 20 EAST, HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY FLORIDA. LESS THE NORTH 30 FEET THEREOF FOR DEWOLF ROAD.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
