NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant the Consent Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated June 29, 2017 and entered in Case No. 10-CA-005851 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida wherein WILMINGTON SAVINGS FUND SOCIETY, FSB, AS TRUSTEE OF STANWICH MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST A, is the Plaintiff and MI KYUNG JUNG; SANG KI CHUNG A/K/A SANG JUNG; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC. AS NOMINEE FOR COUNTRYWIDE BANK A DIVISION OF TREASURY BANK, N.A.; AND MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC. AS NOMINEE FOR AEGIS FUNDING DBA AEGIS HOME EQUITY, are Defendants, Pat Frank, Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com on October 30, 2017 at 10:00 a.m. the following described property set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 66, CRENSHAW LAKES, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 27, PAGE 105, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.

Any person or entity claiming an interest in the surplus, if any, resulting from the Foreclosure Sale, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim on same with the Clerk of Court within sixty (60) days after the Foreclosure Sale.
