DOTSON; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF RANDALL DOTSON A/K/A RANDALL L. DOTSON N/K/A VICKI DOTSON; DEBORAH NESSMITH A/K/A DEBORAH ALLEN ; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF DEBORAH NESSMITH A/K/A DEBORAH ALLEN N/K/A JOHN NESSMITH; UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, ON BEHALF OF THE SECRETARY OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT are the Defendant(s).
