NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated June 22, 2017, and entered in 29-2016-CA-006357 of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein HSBC BANK USA, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION AS TRUSTEE FOR DEUTSCHE ALT-A SECURITIES, INC. MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST, SERIES 2006-AR6, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES is the Plaintiff and STEVEN RANDALL; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF STEVEN RANDALL; COVINGTON PARK OF HILLSBOROUGH HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC. AS NOMINEE FOR ZINO FINANCIAL, INC. are the Defendant(s).
