NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the order of Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated July 10, 2017, and entered in Case No. 09-CA-013571 of the Circuit Court of the 13th Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE FOR NOVASTAR MORTGAGE FUNDING TRUSE, SERIES 2007-1, is Plaintiff and NIEVES UNA, ET AL., are the Defendants, the Office of Pat Frank, Hillsborough County Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via an online auction at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com at 10:00 AM on the 15th day of August, 2017, the following described property as set forth in said Uniform Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 2, Block 30, TOWN 'N COUNTY PARK, UNIT NO. 11 A, according to the map or plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 40, Page 52, of the Public of Hillsborough County, Florida.

and all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiff's mortgage.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
