NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated 23 June, 2017, and entered in Case No. 52-2016-CA-001308 of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida in which Wilmington Trust Company, as Successor Trustee to Bank One, N.A. as Trustee for MASTR Alternative Loan Trust 2003-2, is the Plaintiff and Bank of America, N.A., Kathy L. Nappier, Rainforest Homeowners Association, Inc., Richard Bullock aka Richard T. Bullock, Any And All Unknown Parties Claiming by, Through, Under, And Against The Herein named Individual Defendant(s) Who are not Known To Be Dead Or Alive, Whether Said Unknown Parties May Claim An Interest in Spouses, Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Or Other Claimants are defendants, the Pinellas County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, Pinellas County, Florida at 10:00am on the 14th of August, 2017, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
