NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment entered in Case No. 15-007073-CI of the Circuit Court of the 6TH Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS County, Florida, wherein, CHRISTIANA TRUST, A DIVISION OF WILMINGTON SAVINGS FUND SOCIETY, FSB, NOT IN ITS INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY BUT AS TRUSTEE OF ARLP TRUST 3, Plaintiff, and, STUCKER, PAUL, et. al., are Defendants, clerk Ken Burke, will sell to the highest bidder for cash at, WWW.PINELLAS.REALFORECLOSE.COM, at the hour of 10:00 AM, on the 16th day of August, 2017, the following described property:
LOT 11, BLOCK 9, COUNTRY CLUB ADDITION - THE SUB-DIVISION “BEAUTIFUL” OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 7, PAGE 36, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
