NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated March 29, 2016, and entered in Case No. 15-003135-CI, of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS County, Florida. THIRD FEDERAL SAVINGS AND LOAN ASSOCIATION OF CLEVELAND, is Plaintiff and KERRIE L. THOMPSON F/K/A KERRIE LYNN ELBERFELD; JAMES THOMPSON, are defendants. Ken Burke, Clerk of Court for PINELLAS, County Florida will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via the Internet at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 a.m., on the 24TH day of AUGUST, 2017, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 29, LESS THE EAST 49 FEET THEREOF AND ALL OF LOT 30, BAY PINES ESTATES UNIT TWELVE, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 59, PAGE 55, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
