NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Consent Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 23RD day of June, 2017, entered in the above-captioned action, CASE NO. 13-001216-CI, the Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, by electronic sale beginning at 10:00 A.M. at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, on August 16, 2017, the following described property as set forth in said final judgment, to-wit:
LOT 27, ROBIN WOODS ESTATES, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 75, PAGE 78 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
