YOU ARE NOTIFIED that an action to foreclose a Claim of Lien upon the following property in Pinellas County, Florida:
Unit No. 1401, AUTUMN CHASE, a Condominium, according to that certain Declaration of Condominium recorded in O.R. Book 15084, Page 873 and Condominium Plat Book 142, Page 1, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida, together with an undivided interest or share in the common elements appurtenant thereto and any amendments thereto.

has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to it on the Plaintiff's attorney, TIMOTHY C. SCHULER, Esquire, whose address is 9075 Seminole Boulevard, Seminole, Florida 33772, on or before 8-21-2017, 2017, and file the original with the Clerk of this Court either before service on Plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter, otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
