NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated June 19, 2017, and entered in Case No. 17-001581-CI FORMERLY 13-003155-CO of the CIRCUIT COURT OF THE SIXTH JUDICIAL CIRCUIT in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein HIDDEN CREEK HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC. is Plaintiff, and TATYANA KUSHNITSKAYA; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF TATYANA KUSHNITSKAYA NKA ANDREW KUSHNITSKY; STATE OF FLORIDA; UNKNOWN TENANT 1 and UNKNOWN TENANT 2 are Defendants, Ken Burke, Pinellas County Clerk of Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash: www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, the Clerk's website for online auctions, at 10:00 AM,
on the 4th day of August, 2017 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
