NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated June 20, 2017, entered in Case No. 14-003840-CI of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit, in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, as Trustee for SECURITIZED ASSET BACKED RECEIVABLES LLC TRUST 2007-BR1, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2007-BR1 is the Plaintiff and Connie Mounts A/K/A Connie R. Mounts; Stephen Mounts A/K/A Stephen K. Mounts; Anson Street, LLC; Argent Mortgage Company, LLC; City of Dunedin, Florida; Unknown Tenant in Possession No. 1 are the Defendants, that Ken Burke, Pinellas County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, beginning at 10:00 AM on the 9th day of August, 2017, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 52, DUNEDIN LAKEWOOD ESTATES, THIRD ADDITION, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 47, PAGE 71, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
