Unit 2943-C, EASTWOOD SHORES CONDOMINIUM NO. 6, according to the Plat thereof recorded in Condominium Plat Book 47, Page(s) 116, and being further described in that certain Declaration of Condominium recorded in Official Records Book 5146, Page(s) 1514, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida, together with an undivided share in common elements appurtenant thereto, and any amendments thereto. With the following street address: 2943 Bough Avenue, #C, Clearwater, Florida, 33760.
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 A.M. on August 24, 2017.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
