NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered July 11, 2017 in Civil Case No. 52-2016-CA-002426 of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Clearwater, Florida, wherein NAVY FEDERAL CREDIT UNION is Plaintiff and MABLE CASSATT A/K/A MABLE H. CASSATT A/K/A MABLE S. CASSATT, ET AL., are Defendants, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 12TH day of September, 2017 at 10:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
CONDOMINIUM PARCEL: APARTMENT NO. B-1, OF TOWN APARTMENTS, INC. NO. 1, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 1, PAGE(S) 5-6, AND BEING FURTHER DESCRIBED IN THAT CERTAIN DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN O.R. BOOK 2096, PAGE 613 ET SEQ., TOGETHER WITH SUCH ADDITIONS AND AMENDMENTS TO SAID DECLARATION AND CONDOMINIUM PLAT AS FROM TIME TO TIME MAY BE MADE AND TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST OR SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO.
