NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated June 8, 2017, entered in Case No. 52-2015-CA-004596-CI of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit, in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein REGIONS BANK D/B/A REGIONS MORTGAGE is the Plaintiff and The Unknown Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Assignees, Lienors, Creditors, Trustees and all other parties claiming an interest by, through, under or against June Susan Ferreri a/k/a June S. Ferreri a/k/a June Walmsley Ferreri a/k/a June W. Ferreri f/k/a June Susan Landen f/k/a June Susan Walmsley, Deceased; Deena Renee Landen a/k/a Deena R. Landen, as an heir to the Estate of June Susan Ferreri a/k/a June S. Ferreri a/k/a June Walmsley Ferreri a/k/a June W. Ferreri f/k/a June Susan Landen f/k/a June Susan Walmsley, Deceased; Any and All Unknown Parties Claiming By Through Under and Against the Herein Named Individual Defendant(s) Who Are Not Known to be Dead or Alive, Whether Said Unknown Parties May Claim an Interest as Spouses, Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, or Other Claimants; Tenant #1, Tenant #2, Tenant #3 and Tenant #4 the names being fictitious to account for parties in possession are the Defendants, that Ken Burke, Pinellas County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, beginning at 10:00 AM on the 9th day of August, 2017, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
THE SOUTH 48 FEET OF LOT 75 AND THE NORTH 24 FEET OF LOT 74, GRANDVIEW TERRACE SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 12, PAGE 3, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
