NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated March 31, 2017, entered in Case No. 16-000879-CI of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit, in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein Deutsche Bank National Trust Company, as Trustee for GSAMP Trust 2005-HE1 Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2005-HE1 is the Plaintiff and Dwayne R. Downes; Nicole M. Downes are the Defendants, that Ken Burke, Pinellas County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, beginning at 10:00 AM on the 10th day of August, 2017, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 1, BLOCK 10, MUNDAY'S ADDITION TO CHESTERVILLA, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 21, PAGE 22, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
