NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated July 7, 2017, and entered in 16-005081-CI of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON F/K/A THE BANK OF NEW YORK AS SUCCESSOR IN INTEREST TO JP MORGAN CHASE BANK N.A. AS TRUSTEE FOR STRUCTURED ASSET MORTGAGE INVESTMENTS II TRUST 2006-AR6 MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES SERIES 2006-AR6 is the Plaintiff and DALE DEL BELLO A/K/A DALE C. DEL BELLO; TERRY J. DEL BELLO A/K/A TERRY DEL BELLO A/K/A TERRY F. DEL BELLO A/K/A TERRY JENKINS; REGIONS BANK, SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO AMSOUTH BANK; ARF FINANCIAL LLC F/K/A ADVANCE RESTAURANT FINANCE, LLC; MICROF, LLC; UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, DEPARTMENT OF TREASURY are the Defendant(s). Ken Burke as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM, on August 21, 2017, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
